Very long time QB user here. Nothing is new here. Just another bloated version of Quickbooks that will expire after a few years and force you to upgrade in order to continue to use the services that you are already using. Once they have you, there is no getting out because your entire business is on there. I still have the 2004 version on an old computer and it's amazing how much more bloated this one is in comparison.

This is far from a "pro" software suite. It is a very basic program and anything else you want to do requires subscriptions - you want payroll?? HAHAHA silly you for thinking an accounting program should include that- no you gotta subscribe at $150 a year for "do it yourself". You want attach documents to invoices on your own computer?? HAHAHAHA no...that's a subscription. Do you want to save invoices as a PDF to email your customer? YOHOHO yeah you can do that... but Quickbooks is sneaky and they will tell YOUR customer to go to a website to pay online without asking you first and if you want to get your money, that's a subscription.

I urge you to find alternatives if you are looking for an accounting software. If you are already a customer then you may not have any choice but to upgrade. It's like the mafia.

PS. If you notice, most of the 5 star reviews on here are very suspicious and written by users who don't have any other reviews or maybe a token review or vine users who got the product for free. Some might say that this is a conflict of interest and people associated with Intuit are writing fake reviews. You decide yourself. Would you trust a thoughtful review by someone who has hundreds of reviews and nothing to gain or lose by writing it, or great raving reviews by someone who just did their first review.

I wouldn't say this is better, but it is as good and less cash outta pocket.

I can work it without the remote control but it's really much easier to control with it. I purchased this back in November, so two months with no problems makes me pretty sure it should last a while.

In December 2010, the Pandigital Novel was worth three stars as an "okay" color e-reader and adequate Android tablet. But, in December 2011, the Novel is worth ZERO stars. The Novel uses Android 2.0, and Barnes and Noble now requires Android 2.2 to have access to its Nook E-book store. The Novel does not have access to the "official" Android app market run by Google, and few high quality apps in December 2011 run on Android 2.0.

I will keep my Novel, because I am still able to access the internet to read the news while I am having coffee. And, even though my Novel can no longer access the Nook book store, I still have access to the books I previously purchased. But, there is no reason for anyone to invest in the Novel when the Amazon Kindle Fire tablet and the Barnes and Noble Nook Color are selling at reasonable prices with Android 2.2 and 2.3, and access to top apps, such as the Netflix movie app.

I have been waiting to get this. I love the multiplicity of it, but the battery charge is barely usable! I had an HP mini with a battery usage ability of NINE (9) hours! I knew this wasn't going to be THAT good, but didn't expect to have to charge it repeatedly in ONE (1) day!! I'm a full-time college student as well s a homeschooling mom of 6, I do NOT like to be tied to a plug! If there were anything else wrong with this, I would send it back ASAP! However, I will learn to make do. Just wanted to share this tidbit for anyone else that needed that little piece of 411!

The back cover of the DVD case clearly says that this game is for Windows XP and Vista.

I used to like video games, way back when, but never wanted a Wii since I figured there wasn't anything I'd want to play. I hate violent shoot 'em up, or beat 'em down type games, which seems like what most have devolved into. But then I heard about Michael Jackson The Experience, and went right out the next day and bought a Wii! I guess celebrity endorsements really do work -- especially when it's a celebrity of this caliber!

Michael Jackson and Wii are the perfect match -- they fit like a sequined glove; hence why they included one with this game. Silly enough, there's a disclaimer to not wear the glove while playing. I guess they're afraid of lawsuits if the remote slips out of your sequined hand and into something valuable. The glove itself is pretty cheap and barely fits my hand, but it's still a very cool memento.

Both MJ's moves and his music lend themselves exceedingly well to a game like this. And when I saw the trailer for the game, I was instantly sold. The thought of dancing and singing along with the King of Pop literally gave me goose bumps. No, MJ is not in this video game -- but his spirit exudes each and every song/dance number. And the dancers they used to replicate his moves are very good and completely embody the spirit of MJ. The game's graphics wash out the exposure on the dancer's faces just enough, so that you can imagine you're dancing along with the real MJ. And the costume and makeup department did an excellent job replicating each and every outfit MJ wore in his videos. You really get the look and feel of a custom tailored MJ experience straight from his iconic videos. And his moves are so iconic and unmistakably Michael; no other artist could pull off a game like this. No other artist has enough meat and substance in their catalog to justify the effort or the purchase.

MJ's choreographer, Travis Payne (who also appears in the game's Dance School) said it best in one of the bonus documentaries on the This Is It DVD -- he explained how Michael insisted on keeping his dance moves and his music simple; because if they can whistle your melody, then your music can be loved all around the world. Well, that little nugget of insight explains why Michael is hailed as the King of Pop the world over. And like any true virtuoso, MJ had the same approach with his dancing; knowing that if people can replicate his moves, then they'd dance along with his music the world over too -- he literally put his music inside all of us. Hence why this game works so well -- it makes use of MJ's most iconic moves and add a few others inspired by MJ; yet the moves are simple enough so that anyone can easily follow along.

Michael's dance moves are so iconic, and so ingrained in our culture, that you see evidence of them everywhere -- from the obvious, like thousands of prisoners doing elaborate choreography inspired by Thriller; to variations of the moonwalk and other signature moves seen on popular dance shows. It doesn't matter if it's a ballroom routine or hip-hop -- evidence of MJ's influence can be found everywhere, which is to be expected when talking about a true legend. And that's what makes a game like this so special -- because the focus behind the effort is a truly special human being who merits the accolades.

Great Workout! - Even for this disabled fan!

I have multiple injuries that make movement painful and difficult, but this game made me forget about my physical limitations, because I was having so much fun! And I even played with a friend whose a senior citizen and they had as much fun as I did, and they were also able to keep up with the moves. The secret to any exercise regime is making it fun and easy, yet still challenging. Well, this game achieves all that and more thanks to MJ! Thanks to him, I now have a new outlet for exercise and staying fit, yet it doesn't seem like work at all. You can't help but move to MJ's music as it is, so following along both in movement and in song is a complete joy! It's almost like an MJ workout video! Only waaaaaay more fun and the time just flies by!! Each song is replicated in spirit from his original videos, and the moves, while not exact, are choreographed in a workout/dance style so as to be familiar, yet new and challenging.

Multi-Player Modes

Up to 4 people can play with a basic Wii remote. I do have a balance board but it isn't used with this game at all. Pictogram images run up along the left side of the screen to cue you as to which moves are coming up next, along with a running tally of points each player earns for hitting each correct move. If you're lazy and want to cheat, you can just wave your remote around and accrue some points for doing basically nothing. Code Complete, first edition, has long been regarded as ?The Bible? for software development. Dare I say, CC2 is even better than the original. It has been thoroughly updated to include OO, internet and web development, as well as new best practices such as test-first development, pair programming, and refactoring.

Steve McConnell provides a balanced, thoughtful discussion of competing approaches to software development. He also provides a wealth of references to additional materials covering specific topics in more detail. In a field that is often defined by religious arguments, CC2 stays objective on most topics. At the same time, McConnell does not shy away from stating his conclusions on topics that he believes have a clear-cut ?best choice?.

Overall, this book is as much of a ?must have? as the first edition and destined to become just as famous.

It used to be true that a "thumbs down" review for a particular movie by Siskel and Ebert was enough to make me want to see it. And often enough I would enjoy a movie for the very reasons that Ebert hated it, or it would seem to me that he simply could not think beyond his rigid preconceptions about what made an enjoyable movie.

Oddly, though, as I grow older I find myself agreeing more and more often with his assessment of what makes a given movie worthwhile, especially when it comes to the current crop of high concept would-be blockbusters, brain-dead romantic comedies,empty CGI fests and music videos pretending to be feature length films. So am I growing smarter, or is he??

But in any case, one thing was never in doubt - Ebert knows how a write a truly striking review...especially when he thinks a movie sucks. The prose here is to die for - he neatly skewers target after target with epigrammatic precision that would make William F. Buckley or Christopher Hitchens smile in admiration. I kept wanting to call friends up and share especially mordant and snarky passages from YMS with them, but I realized that I soon would exhaust their patience, since I'd be reading practically the entire book, line by line, over the phone. I kept wanting to underline really good quotable passages with a yellow underliner, but I soon saw that the book would soon have more yellow than white.

Etc. If you are a fan of movies, and if you enjoy good writing and well thought out critical analysis that might expand your understanding of storytelling, literature and film, get this book. Even if you disagree with his ratings, you'll learn a lot about why you love movies.

Many of the principles from Boundaries are also covered in this book. So recently, because I love my Sansa Clip so much for exercising, and I thought I could use one more, I picked one of these up at Bestbuy. I have used it for about a week so I can't say anything about the longetivity of the new Clip Plus, but I can tell you about everything else. First I will give you the cons since there is only one and that is also only about preference. I personally LOVED the sleek look of the original sansa clip, but that has been replaced with a sort of glittery finish on the front. That is about it and to add to this, everything else from the outside such as the plastic used has been revamped to feel better in your hands and is just overall better quality. Now on to the most important part, the features. The main thing that sets this apart from the original clip is the addition of a microSD card slot. This can take up to a 32gb microSD card, so if you were to pair one with this, you could potentially get a 36(!)gb memory for this puny little item. That is the next thing I will get into, the size. If you haven't ever heard about the original sansa clip, basically, Sandisk designed this line of Sansa for portability and mainly for exercise. It feels really good in the hand and the non removable clip on the back can clip on to virtually anything. Next is the display. The menu remains much of the same, but Sansa also added slotRadio compatibility and a nicer flow to menu if you're into that. Finally we'll go to the placement of the buttons. On the old sansa clip, there was a button the side for power and hold, but a lot of clip owners including me found that uncomfortable. To cope with this, Sandisk put the power button on the top and put the hold funtion to holding the home button for about 3 seconds. So overall, this is a fantastic MP3 player in any category, but if you are in the market for one for the gym, pass up the Ipod Shuffle for 79$ with no screen and counter-intuitiveness(in my opinion) and get this really nice compact MP3 player for only 50$ for the 4gb, 40$ for the 2gb and 70$ for the 8gb. It works great with Itunes music, and it loads music pretty quickly, but you cant mix without the headphones, otherwise EVERYBODY will hear what you're trying to do...in that case it needs to have the headphone jack and it DOES NOT! it has a preview window but EVERYONE can hear what you re doing..in other words it lacks a very important part. I just dont understand why they wouldnt put one in....to get you to buy extra crap??? i dunno...so its a pretty good TOY for kids...not really if you want to get into the DJ biz. you have been warned...

I bought this game instead of COD Modern Warfare 2 so that I could get a "feel" for this game before moving on to the latest and greatest. I am glad I did! I am playing 1280x960 on a Core2 E6600 (8800GT video card). All I can say is WOW. With a quality set of speakers the realism is fantastic. Get this game and start in if you are new to COD. You won't regret it. Oh, almost forgot. This game loads, configures and runs perfectly on Windows 7 64 bit. Enjoy!
